Lucozade sponsorizzerà Nyck de Vries



Il grande gruppo farmaceutico GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) ha annunciato di aver rafforzato la partnership già in corso con la McLaren: in particolare, il marchio Lucozade (bibite energetiche e dedicate a chi pratica sport) sosterrà il giovane pilota Nyck de Vries, attuale campione del mondo di karting, nel suo cammino verso le vette dell'automobilismo sportivo.

Inizio a pensare che la GSK ci stia portando molti più soldi di quanto avessimo ipotizzato e che rimarrà abbastanza a lungo visto che hanno deciso di sponsorizzare un pilota così giovane: per me De Vries prima o poi verrà in McLaren

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has added a new element to its existing strategic partnership with the McLaren Group, announcing support for world karting champion Nyck de Vries, a member of the McLaren Young Driver Programme.

As part of the physical conditioning training that is the backbone of the McLaren Young Driver Programme, Nyck will receive hydration expertise and sporting performance support from Lucozade to allow him to deliver at the highest level in motor racing. Lucozade's team of scientists have already collaborated closely with the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team to create two bespoke Lucozade formulations for Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton and the team supporting them.

Lucozade Hydration Formulation and Lucozade Race Formulation were introduced at the Malaysian Grand Prix this year. Their precise and scientifically determined mix of essential hydration salts, carbohydrates and proteins support optimal physical performance, while the Lucozade Race Formulation also answers specific needs relating to weight management, speed of absorption, and driver alertness.

Beh, l'operazione De Vries costa 10 milioni di € in 5 anni col chiaro intento di metterlo in macchina alla scadenza di Jenson. Speriamo che in auto mostri le stesse qualità del karting...

Un cambio di livrea ci starebbe... per il resto GlaxoSmith ha un bel pò di soldini... chissà se diventerà davvero main sponsor, oppure rimarrà Vodadone. A proposito quando scadrà il contratto con Vodafone?

A potere possono senz'altro... considera che Glaxosmith è un gruppo farmaceutico molto grosso... Lucozade è solo un brand per i bibitoni...

Secondo me uno sponsor lo troviamo.
